Well, for George Elder, president of Luminair (Chicago), his solution is, go to Mexico! “We produce the TV series ‘Mexico: One Plate at a Time’ with Rick Bayless,” Elder explains. “[It] involves shooting at his home, where he has a beautiful garden filled with fresh herbs, veggies and exotic plants. You can’t do that in the winter.”
